The four that matter
| Notice | Sent when | Who gets it |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign completed | A send finished, with its counts | Owners and administrators |
| Scheduled send refused | A scheduled campaign could not go out — the reason is named, including how many units were missing | Owners and administrators |
| Sending paused | The email provider suspended your organization | Owners and administrators |
| Domain purged | A domain declared but never verified was removed | Owners and administrators |
A member never receives these. Sending notices go to owners and administrators, because they
are the ones who can act on them. If nobody in your organization holds one of those roles for a
given inbox, nobody is told.
